These details are provided in accordance with art. 3 para. 1 let. s of the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA), which requires any business offering services online to state its identity and a means of contacting it, including an e-mail address.
Licences and insurance
Our chauffeurs hold a category B driving licence with the professional passenger transport endorsement (code 121, art. 25 of the Ordinance on the Admission of Persons and Vehicles to Road Traffic, OAC) and comply with the Ordinance on Working and Rest Periods for Professional Drivers of Light Passenger Vehicles (OTR 2).
The vehicle is covered by third-party liability insurance suited to the professional carriage of passengers.
We hold a municipal taxi permit issued by the municipality of Monthey under art. 154 of the Valais Roads Act, of type B. A type B permit covers the operation of a taxi service without the right to wait at the taxi ranks reserved for that purpose on public land.

The information published here is provided for guidance only and has no contractual value, with the exception of the documents expressly designated as such: quotes, booking confirmations and our terms and conditions.
The prices shown by the journey calculator deserve a word of clarification. The amount announced is an estimate, calculated automatically from the road distance: it is labelled as such on screen and confirmed before departure. Journey times, availability and vehicle descriptions are indicative and may change without notice.
The company accepts no liability for errors or omissions on the site, for any damage arising from its use or unavailability, or for the content of third-party sites reached through a link. Access to the site may be suspended at any time, in particular for maintenance.
